Begin with ‘W’
Obviously I do not cook nor bake every day. It might seem that way but with the wonderful way WordPress works is that I can schedule my posts and have it on line, each and every day in advance if for some humanly reason, I am away from my kitchen and enjoying my surroundings. Usually, on weekend, we are out and about. We cook and we bake, take a tons of pictures for my blogs and back on Monday morning, it is then, that I write my future postings and pre-schedule them for the week if needed.
Most of my photos sit here, on the Flickr site, for everybody to see. One of the good thing about Flicker is that this site gives me the opportunity to participate on many challenges about photos.
One challenge that I particularly like is the ODC: Our daily challenge consisting in taking a photo a day and downloading it into the ODC group. Each day has its own subject, like today for example, it was taking a photo starting with the letter ‘W’. So I took a photo of my walking shoes and the colors of them all are just amazing.
I find it very challenging to do a daily challenge with my camera because it pushes me to go out, to look around and to commit myself to take my camera and shot, every single day, rain or shine. It is very rewarding at the end of each challenge day, to say that I did it. Challenges are not for everybody and I say:’To each its own pathway!’
