For the last few days, I have been reading and playing with the new concept of making a master recipe for bread and brioche, and keeping it in the fridge. So far so good, few breads have been made out of those two master recipes and I must say, they are all fantastic. The breads are just divine and so easy to make.
I am not going to post the recipes for the master dough because the book Artisan bread in five minutes a day is worth buying. Any beginner can actually have fresh bread on the table, like, tonight, no kidding!
The only problem I find at the moment is : there is so many breads I can eat in a day… and now, I have too much of it. Wonderful book, amazing discovery in making bread, charming method used and hot concept…
