Friday today, I made pizza. Usually I make pizza on Thursday but yesterday was a kind of a day where the yeast just did not want to wake-up. Usually the yeast gets active on a sunny day, which it was yesterday, ok. And also, yeast will get active by breathing the air and everything that live in the air at the present moment.

Here, I find it harder to get very active yeast, no matter how well I talk and I care for it.
Even my loving Beccacine had to be put back in the freezer for future time, as the air is just not compatible with her.
So I made pizza today with a great success. Here are pictures of this little beauty. I love pizzas, such a versatile food and a cheap one.
