Simple Pork Ribs

 Simple way to prepare Pork Ribs, just pop them under broil, in the oven, and turn them twice to grill them.  Once they are a nice crispy brown, turn down the oven to 325F, cover them with a lid or else and let them bake for about 45 minutes.  Don’t add anything else, the meat itself will be enough.

This is the problem with pork ribs, we have a tendency to cover the ribs with a thick sweet sauce and we are ending up with nothing else that taste like meat anymore…  Keep it simple, the taste of roasted pork is superb by itself!
